Not time-bound, No feeling of seniority or experience, Open to everyone's ideas and thought process, Referring to texts and scholarly comments, discussions over a cup of coffee/wine, trying out endless options to reach quality, understanding the theme and interpreting in a way new audience could respond, Cordial fun-filled atmosphere....Most important choreographing dance and composing music together.
